What this is

The published range of BORNOON storage furniture, with guides to picking a piece for a particular wall. It is information about furniture. It is not a shop, and nothing you do on these pages forms a contract.

Where the order happens

All of those happen with the retail partner where you place the order, under that partner's terms. We do not take payment, hold stock, arrange delivery or process returns, and we are not a party to your order.

How far a published figure goes

Widths, heights, depths, drawer counts, load figures, materials and finish names are the ones published for that individual piece, not for the model that looks like it. A price here is stamped with the date we last updated it, and it can move before the next update. A piece with no buyable price steps out of the range until it comes back.

Errors get corrected when we notice them and when a reader points at one. A gap never gets filled with a likely-looking number, so a page with nothing to say about a load rating says nothing about it.

Warranty

Whatever cover a piece carries arrives with the order, from whoever built it and from the checkout you bought through.

Anchoring and tipping

The safety sections restate published federal guidance on tip-over and link to it with the date we read it. That is guidance about a category of furniture, not an inspection of your wall or your floor. The anchoring instructions in the carton are the ones that apply to the piece in it.
