What this site is

A published catalogue of the BORNOON range with guides to choosing from it. It is information. It is not a shop, and no contract is formed here.

Ordering, payment, delivery and returns

All of those happen with the retail partner where you place the order, under that partner's terms. We do not take payment, hold stock, arrange delivery or process returns, and we are not a party to your order.

Accuracy, and its limits

Measurements, drawer counts, capacities, materials and finishes are taken from the published product data for each piece and written into these pages automatically. Prices carry the date of our last update and change between updates. A piece with no buyable price at an update reads Currently unavailable.

We correct errors when we find them and when they are reported. What we will not do is fill a gap with a plausible number, so where the data is silent this site is silent.

No warranty from us

We do not publish a warranty period of our own and we do not offer one. Whatever cover applies to a piece comes with the order, from the manufacturer or the partner you bought through.

Safety information

The safety sections summarise published federal guidance and link to it with the date we read it. It is general information about the category. It is not an assessment of your home and it does not replace the assembly and anchoring instructions supplied with a piece.
