Write to contact@bornoon.net. A person reads it. The questions that get the best answers are the narrow ones: a width, a drawer count, a finish name, or a line on this page that does not match the piece standing in your hall.

Where we are useful

• Sizes. Overall width, height and depth, drawer counts, and the clearance a tilting shoe cabinet needs in front of it before the door stops opening.
• Finishes and handles. Which of our finishes a piece is published in, and whether its front carries brass, black metal or a pull cut into the panel.
• Choosing between two pieces for the same wall, when the fit tool on the home page has not settled it for you.
• Corrections. If a figure here is not the figure on the piece you received, send the model and what you measured against.

Where we are not

• An order already placed: where it is, when it lands, how to send it back. The checkout that took the order holds all of that, and we hold none of it.
• Refunds and payment, for the same reason.
• Spare panels, cams, dowels and bags of fixings. We keep no parts and cannot post one to you.

A question about a delivery date gets to the right desk faster if you take it straight to the checkout you used.

How long a reply takes

This mailbox is read by people rather than by a system. A few working days is normal, and quicker than that when the answer is a measurement we can look up.
