What we can help with

• Questions about sizes, drawer counts, capacities or finishes on any piece in the range.
• Corrections. If a figure here does not match the piece you received, tell us and we will check it against the published data and fix the page.
• Which piece suits a particular gap, if the fit tool on the home page has not answered it.
• Press and content questions about this site.

What we cannot help with

• Order status, delivery dates and returns. Those are settled where the order was placed, and that partner holds the order details. We do not.
• Payment and refunds, for the same reason.
• Replacement parts. We do not hold stock and cannot ship you a panel or a bag of fixings.

If your question is about an order, going straight to the partner you bought through will get you an answer faster than we can.

Response time

One mailbox, read by people rather than a system. Expect a reply within a few working days, and a shorter one if the answer is a number we can look up.
